STUDENTS EVALUATION

Dear Leaders,

Thank you for your investment in equipping followers of Jesus to proclaim the Gospel. Your role is essential in helping them grow into confident witnesses for Christ.

As part of this journey, we ask you to carefully evaluate each student, in order for them to be prepared for future ministry opportunities, such as participating in CfaN Youth Crusades and other Gospel initiatives.

Please consider the following areas in your evaluation:

• The Gospel – How clearly can the student present the essential message of salvation (sin, repentance, faith)?

• Gospel Storytelling – How well does the student communicate Gospel stories in a way that is clear and engaging?

• English Proficiency – Since many ministry contexts are international, how confidently and effectively can the student communicate in English?

• Character and Teamwork – How does the student demonstrate humility, respect, responsibility, and the ability to work within a team?​
